Tim is a direct marketing strategist who has always believed that automation is only ever part of the answer to create true customer engagement. He takes great pride in designing and fine-tuning the model of engagement that puts our organisation at the fore front of providing digital engagement services to business in New Zealand.
Tim has over 25 years experience in the marketing and advertising Industry where he specialised in strrategic markting, brand development and direct marketing. Having worked in multi national agencies in New Zealand for a number of years, Tim embarked on setting up his own agency, Market Dynamics Advertising Ltd (MDA) which he successfully ran for 14 years prior to selling to the Young and Rubicon Group in 2006.

Our resident data specialist, Wayne is responsible for the daily technical operations of the business to deliver results. An experienced CRM manager responsible for implementing the design, architecture and bespoke workflows to run our technology platform.
Proven experience in a customer centric environment, including familiarity using customer service processes and systems, to deliver highly responsive and consistent results. Wayne is an experienced manager, who has successfully run busy production environments and managed resource for large contact centres.
Experience in running successful, busy production environments and managing resource for large contact centres, specifically in the charity sector for The Young New Zealanders Foundation and Southern Stars.
When he’s not keeping up with his two sons he enjoys martial arts.

Having worked within the B2B marketing agency sector in the UK, Carolin brings great overseas expertise into our team. She’s worked across a wide range of industries and is experienced in executing multi-channel campaigns for clients of various sizes. Carolin’s also been working in the advertising industry, meaning she knows what she’s talking about when it comes to content production (video, digital, photography), social media advertising and AdWords™.
Carolin has lived most her life in Germany, making her the most organised and efficient team member. Having studied and worked in the UK for several years, she’s then chosen her new home to be New Zealand.
